I have been making choc chip cookies for as long as I have been baking, and I have tried A LOT of different recipes, but this one takes the cake! It is seriously the
best cookie EVER! It is so worth the extra time and steps, make sure you don't make the cookies too small and DON'T forget the sprinkling of sea salt on top before you bake! Only things I changed was the amount of choc chips, I only used two cups, because I don't like too many in my cookies, and after weighing out my first pan of balls to 3.5 ounces, I tested a batch at 2.3 oz, and they also turned out yummy~ still a large cookie, but a little smaller than the original!
