Whipped up this yummy halibut and dilled beach asparagus (Salicornia virginica) dip this week and the kids and I are loving it! I will post how to jar the halibut and the beach asparagus when I do it again, so that I can post instructions with pictures! I took the Halibut, some chopped up dilled beach greens (you could use dill pickles), Mayonnaise, some salt, pepper, and lemon pepper and dumped it all in a bowl. Mixed with hand mixer and had a yummy, easy fast spread.
we ate it with crackers and bread :)
